You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. toto1000 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Player Account while authenticated will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
You may request the closure of your Player Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered Malaysian payment method (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or Boost) following successful KYC verification. Bonus Balances that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will not be returned upon account closure.

Bonus funds credited to a Player Account must be wagered the stated number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Balance may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x Wagering Requirement requires the Player to wager a cumulative total of RM2,000 from the Bonus Balance before withdrawal eligibility is established.
toto1000 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across markets to lock in a guaranteed return from bonus funds, using VPNs to access offers restricted to specific regions, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, or placing systematically low-risk qualifying bets solely to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine gaming intent.
Participation in the toto1000 VIP Programme, including cashback percentages, tier-matching for migrating players, and exclusive tournament access, is governed by the VIP Programme Terms published on the Platform. toto1000 reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, cashback rates, and programme benefits with thirty (30) days' advance notice to affected Players.
All sports bets, including pre-match and in-play wagers on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, UFC, and all other listed Sporting Events, are subject to the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity regarding a bet's validity or outcome, toto1000's decision is final.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, are provided by licensed third-party game studios and governed by each game's individual rules displayed within the game interface. Upon termination of a Player Account by toto1000 for cause, the Platform reserves the right to retain the account's balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, verifiable Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player's registered Malaysian payment method. Bonus Balances are not refundable upon termination under any circumstances.

All content on the toto1000 Platform, including but not limited to brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, written content, promotional materials, software, and database structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of toto1000 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, republished, or scraped without the express prior written consent of toto1000. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online gaming operations in the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and toto1000 arising from the operation of this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal limits, account closure procedures, or bonus terms — toto1000 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to registered Players via email or a platform notification displayed upon login.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
